Return Policy
Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exceptions:
- Perishable products (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
- Gift cards, downloadable software products, some health and personal care items.
Return Process:
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Situations with Partial Refunds:
- Items with obvious signs of use.
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or products.
- Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds: Once your return is processed, we will send you an email notifying you if your refund has been approved. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. After that, contact your bank as processing time is often required before a refund shows up. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at alexandragrijalva957@gmail.com.
Sale Items: Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange it for the same item, email us at alexandragrijalva957@gmail.com and send your item to: 5 Latham St, South Portland, ME, 04106, USA.
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the person who gave you the gift had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the person who purchased it.
Shipping: Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility. These costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
If the item’s value is over $75, we recommend using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
